Ford FPV F6 has challenging Targa High Country

The Robinson Racing Developments team of Paul and Mike Batten had a challenging first event in the FPV F6 310. Contesting the in RDA Brakes Showroom competition in the inaugural running of Targa High Country, the team had mechanical issues which forced them to miss stages on Saturday afternoon, but finished strongly with 3rd place in their first Showroom competition. - more

Young driver takes handicap

Twenty-seven year-old Paul Batten, has driven a 49 year-old car to Handicap honours at Targa Tasmania. Batten, with father Mike calling the notes, produced outstanding speed in his 1961 Volvo PV544 across the six days of competition to run out an easy winner in the handicap event. - more
